Deepology pres. Deep In The City: Moscow
Deep in the City is a new series of compilations from the Moscow’s Deepology Digital label. Through these series we attempt to discover the character depths of the principal locations of the Earth – the cities which live and pulse in their own unique ways. The opening compilation is devoted to Moscow, the city where our label lives, creates and studies the world around it. Check out the previews and mini-site dedicated to the series.

Daclip - As You Wish [DD013]
release date: 4th March 2008

Alexey (Daclip) from Moscow started experimenting with sound from his school years playing in Fast Tracker software. Short after that Alexey started to realize his ideas which leaded his first tunes to see the light. These were deep/minimal techno and deep house tracks which attracted Alexey by certain atmosphere and structure. In his tunes Alexey values intelligence and quality of the sound the most.
'As You Wish' - is a kind of spring-coming tune - a little melancholic and thoughtful, more for ears than for feet. Perfect sound for thinking over vital questions of life like 'what comes next...'
Original version of the track is harmonical groove built from distinguished bass-line and bongo-beats, something that reminds us of Rene Amesz style. Last of the snow falling down from the awakened sky... street lamps refract reflections of the light... you feel the harmony in every single fragment of the world... you're on your own... observing.
Short Dub remix got more dramatic feel twisted with uplifting melody.
Lazy Beats mix - is a low-ride downtempo version really phat and smooth vibbbbration.
Quality mastering by Dj Geyser (djgeyser.ru)
